This is a really simple vegan lunch idea. Packed with a high protein count and loaded with fresh ingredients. It can be enjoyed hot or cold but whatever you do with it, make sure you put some hot sauce on, cos sometimes, a red hot chili and some cayenne pepper just ain’t enough!
