Hi.I wanted to say l hope my message didn’t come across as rude.i didn’t want that. would it be possible just at the start when you do your next u tube video so it would not be to much for you.i understand you are busy.if you could explain why you started the wheat and diary free diet.also why you cut down on sugars too.It would mean a lot to me.That way you could do it all in one!   3. Do you have any additional cooking ideas with quinoa? I’m trying to eat more of it. Its very useful for us bodybuilders, one of the few grains that has a complete amino acid profile.
