  2. Oh my goodness this blew my mind. I though the fennel was going to be really weird in this dish but I am so glad that I trusted you because it was amazing. This is definitely going to be added to my weekly breakfast rotation! Note: i steamed the yams and sweet potato while I was cooking the other veggies (I added mushrooms to the mix) so they were already mostly cooked by the time i pan fried them. Also, I added a handful of spinach at the very end for some extra goodness and it all turned out perfect. thank you!

  4. This looks wonderful, but I’m going to add salt after I’ve cooked it so there’s less overall sodium and try using water instead of oil. My taste buds will still be very pleased. Love your recipes, keep them coming! 🙂
