Today I am sharing a slow cooker Italian beef recipe! It’s super good – and super EASY! 🙂

3lb chuck roast
1 envelope Zesty Italian salad dressing mix
12 oz pepperoncini pepper slices + splash of juice (plus extra for serving)
12 oz Giardiniera (Chicago-Style Italian Sandwich Mix,) drained (plus extra for serving)
14.5oz can beef broth
Provolone cheese slices
Put all items (aside from cheese and buns) inside crockpot. Cook on low for 8 hours. Shred beef using two forks. Serve on hoagie buns with provolone cheese! Enjoy!
