Simple Breakfast Recipe, Carrot Potato And Long Bean Bhaji, Stir Fried Healthy Vegetable #INGREDIENTS:
1 cup long bean (Borboti)
1 cup potato with small cube shape
1 cup carrot with small cube shape
½ cup chopped onion
1/4th tsp turmeric powder
4-5 piece green chili
Some chopped coriander leaves
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
½ cup water
4 tbsp oil
Simple Breakfast Recipe, Carrot Potato And Long Bean Bhaji, Stir Fried Healthy Vegetable #PROCEDURE:
In a cooking pan, heat oil. Add chopped onion. Fry onion until transparent colour.
Add long bean, carrot, potato and salt. Stir and mix all properly.
Then add turmeric powder. Stir and cook this in high flame for 2 minutes.
2 minutes later, cover the pan for 5 minutes in medium flame.
5 minutes later open the lid. Stir all. Then add water and green chili. Mix properly. Then again cover pan for 8-10 minutes in medium flame.
10minutes later, open the lid. Stir and check that, already vegetables are sodden. Add sugar. Stir and sauté these 3-4 minutes without cover the pan.
4 minutes later, add chopped coriander leaves. Stir and put off the flame.
Now in serving moment, with your spatula or spoon keep vegetables in one angle. In this procedure like video, oil will be separated from vegetables.
Then transfer vegetables or bhaji in a serving plate. Enjoy this healthy breakfast with roti or parata.
