pink/Black Salt – As needed
Water – 1 & 1/2 cup
To temper
Avocado/Coconut Oil – 2 tbsp
Ginger(finely chopped) – 1 Tbsp
Mustard – 1/2 tbsp
Urad dal – 1/2 tbsp
Chana dal – 1/2 tbsp
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Hing – a pinch
