Oats or Daliya cooked with vegetables is a perfect healthy morning breakfast recipe. Quick and easy.

Oats – 1 cup
Water- 4 cups
Oil or ghee – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds -2 pinch
Mustard seeds-2 pinch
Curry leaves- 6-7
Asafoetida- 1 pinch
Garlic- 1 tsp chopped
Onions- 1 medium sized finely chopped.
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Green chilli-1
Potatoes- 2 small sized cut in cubes
Other vegetable of your choice( palak, methi, lauki, Matar, gobhi, capsicum etc.)
