Here is a simple and delicious, high protein, vegan recipe. After I saw a friend of mine on Instagram post his version of this, I decided to make my own and share it with you guys.
3 cups (2 cans) chickpeas
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup hemp seeds
¼ nutritional yeast
1-2 tsp black pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder & onion powder
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spread on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 mins. Let cool when done and place on a bed of greens or mixed veg. Enjoy!
