RECIPE – Protein Pancakes (Post-workout, Vegan, Plant Based, Non-Dairy)

Had multiple requests for this on Instagram, so here’s a video recipe on how I make my vegan post workout protein pancakes.

1 cup oats
1 cup Almond milk
2 large Bananas (or 3 small ones)
1 tbs Cinnamon
(optional) Plant based protein powder

  1. I’m probably not going to make these pancakes. However, you gave me a good idea of what I can eat when I have a cold and want to avoid dairy, but still want to have protein. I didn’t realize that the 1 cup of oats has 26g of protein. Now if I have it with the almond milk i’m set….Thanks for the indirect help!

    I’m trying to become vegan and I’m having a hard time coming up with meals other than salads. I don’t really get lunch breaks, so I like having a bigger breakfast that’s more filling than a salad.

  5. Awesome! Family is TOTAL omnivore and I really wanna be vegan! They are so unsupportive so whenever I cook food I assay make it vegan, they’ll never know >:D. But srsly thanks so much

  6. I normally have porridge with almond milk, bananas and algarve nectar for my breakfast every morning but after watching this I am going to swap the ingredients round and try these.
