  1. I make mine with 1 cup oilive oil
    1/3 total cup of vinigar with a mix of red wine vinigar and balsamic together. Then i add a pre packaged Italian dressing packet (i know, i suck) still tastes great. Gets dr. Bergs 10 cups of salad down thats for sure.

  2. DEAR DR BERG AND KAREN! I DISCOVERED SOMETHING VERY DELICIOUS, AND I WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW IMMEDIATELY! HERE IS A SUBSTITUTE FOR FRUIT SWEETNESS! CHOP UP CAROTT, LETTUCE, SPINACH, SPRINKLE XYLITOL ON IT AND SQUEEZED LEMON, YOU CAN ADD PECAN TOO, DEEEEEELICIOUS,, TASTE LIKE FRUIT!!!!! I AM DOING THIS TO MY 8 YRS OLD DAUGHTER, TO GET HER INTO SALADS!!! I LOVE IT!!!
