  1. For whatever reason mine didn’t form a dough in the food processor, more of a crumble. It might have been because since I have a mini processor, I roughly chop my dates before putting them in or else it’ll take forever for it to evenly distribute. Maybe the distribution of the stickiness is different but all I did was add a bit of water to the bowl, massaged it with my hands, and popped the fridge for 15-30 minutes and it was great! So that’s for anyone having a similar problem or fellow mini users 🙂
