  3. ok, since this videos a few months old I’m sure you won’t see this Dr. Mike but I just wanted to say thanks for the ideas.

    I’m overweight and have recently gone through a hysterectomy and radiation for cancer and am also a breast cancer survivor (estrogen receptive) I have a pten gene mutation which raised my risk for these cancers but I knew my weight was an issue as well but my problem has always been I HATE TO COOK! So, I ate crap, lots of fast food and premade food.

    I finally started walking and meal prepping (the easier the better) and kept all sugar and snack stuff out of my house but being that cooking is not my friend these easy recipes were great for me. I never ate breakfast, the “Under Dog.” is my favorite. For lunch the turkey meat is my go to but I’ll slice a couple of tomatoes with the cucumber as well…

    I’ve lost over 30lbs since following these recipes and taking better care of myself and I just want you to know I’m really grateful for your presence here on YouTube and social media. stay amazing Dr. Mike!!! ☺
