Quick Pantry Recipe: Italian Pasta | No Oil, No Salt, HCLF, Vegan

Veggies optional – however, this is a great way to get some extra veggies in. No time to chop? Pulse in a food processor or use frozen veggies. I did not include measurements as it’s really just a matter of taste, though you might not want to go crazy with the oregano as it can overpower.

  1. Coming from a lifestyle of eating meat and junk…not being able to cook at all…to going full Vegan HCLF …learning to cook is a battle for survival at the moment. This might save me from my self.

  4. I never thought to add coconut sugar, and I made spaghetti yesterday, lol, next time I will try it..and maybe try the blender trick too for the sauce, we usually eat ours chunky..
