Quick & Easy Vegan Banana Walnut Bread (Healthy + Kid Friendly!)

Recipe adapted from blog site “Where do you get your protein”

Here is what I used :
1.5 cups flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch nutmeg + salt

4 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup coconut or brown sugar
2 tbsp coconut oil (you can omit the oil if you’d like)

3 tbsp chopped walnuts
1-2 tsp. cinnamon

optional add ins : chocolate chips

  1. my daughter who allergic to dairy and eggs would love this is there any dairy free chocolate chips I can add instead of walnuts and can you do zucchini bread too

  2. Thank you for the recipe, I made this today, it was yum, everyone loved it (even the husband), I left out the coconut oil (and the cinnamon – I had it out, but I got distracted – oops).
