Quick & Easy Breakfast Loaf

Quick & Easy Breakfast Loaf made in the Power Airfryer Oven.

This recipe is great for a quick breakfast fix or brunch with friends. If your interested in making this be sure to see the ingredients list below. I have been trying many recipes using the Power Airfryer Oven from breakfast to lunch and dinner entrees. This oven seems to be very versatile and easy to operate. Ingredients List:
2 eggs
2 hash brown patties
2 breakfast sausage links
salt
pepper
chives
onion powder
garlic powder
2 tablespoons of water or milk
2 slices of your favorite cheese (I used Swiss cheese)

1 small loaf pan

Recipe Instructions
Place the 2 hash brown patties and 2 sausage links on the wire grid or an oven pan.Place it in the oven and Set the oven to 400 deg, for 10 minutes.
When they are done assemble by placing hash brown on the bottom of the pan, layer the sausage links on top and then place the second hash brown on the sausages. Then pour the beaten eggs with seasoning over the patties and links.

continue to cook for an additional 7 minutes

add cheese slices to the top and continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes.

allow to cool, cut into slices and serve. Enjoy!
