  1. awesomeeeeee!!! The only thing I would change is I am going to cut the potatoes in halves. And put the hummus on the flat side, so it’s easier to eat in single bites.

  2. Oh la la, how nice. I love how you incorporate nuts and herbs so delicately into this recipe. Nutritious and full of flavor. BTW I’m from the states, but I say capsicum as well (thanks to my New Zealand friends here) !
