  3. Black people don’t use eggs we just dip it in flour and put it in the pan. I never heard of dipping the chicken in egg batter then the float then bread crumbs. We just dip in the flour and it taste so good.

  4. Hello. I’m wondering if you can help. I’ve tried this recipe many times and the seitan won’t come out right but I think I see the problem. The actual written recipe and the video recipe have some discrepancies. You added water and bouillon to the wet ingredients but the recipe does not list water or bouillon. My dough is NOT stretching and therefore, when it cooks, it comes out like a wet cornbread. Help?!!

  5. Can the hot sauce be sub’d with a barbecue sauce or would that be too thick and in the recipe it just says 1/3 of the bottle, so 4oz, like 1/2 cup of sauce and make it runnier like a hot sauce consistency I’m assuming? I’m making it for my daughter and she doesn’t have the taste for spicy.
