peanuts: 1/4 cup
1 tbsp: coconut oil or ghee
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 whole red chilli
1 sprig curry leaves
1 chopped onion
2 chopped green chilies
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 grated carrots
1/4 capsicum
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
