Wheat Flour 2+1/2 Cup or 300gm
Wheat Bran 1/4 Cup or 15gm
Salt 1/2 tsp
Instant Yeast 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Warm Water as You Required
Step 1: Take a bowl add Wheat Flour, Wheat Bran, Salt, Instant Yeast and mix it well. Now knead it with low Warm Water for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Now dust dry wheat flour on the slab and roll the dough (Shape into Bread Size) now take a bread mould and Grease it with oil and put this dough and Sprinkle the Wheat bran and Rise it for 2 hours.
Step 3: Now Preheat the Patila/Cooker/Pot for 10 minutes on High Flame.
Step 4: After that Bake it for 30 minutes on medium to low flame (Already Preheated for 10 minutes on high flame). After that Your Brown Bread is ready. Now rest it until it become into room temperature and then cut into slices.
For Oven: Preheat for 30 minutes on 200c to 250c and bake for 20 to 30 minutes on 200c.
