  1. Ok so the pomme syrup was a nice touch, but seriously…. I made Pam a cotta today but clicked on this video thinking gosh my cooking should be embarrassing compared to how hel do it, but now I’m thinking, man gordo I’ll easily replace you I did mine way better with extra effort and precision using all fresh ingredients

  2. Lets try the Honey axe method, alright here Comes the honey;Your dishes are great, and I love that desertHere Comes the axe; Here in Austria we have strict Laws on how to touch meat, raw products like milk and other stuff. So I dont really understand why u actualy put your finger on the top of the bottle when you purr out the milk of ist bottle, there will be a rest that touched your fingers and whatever you touched with them goes back in to the bottle. Doesnt matter with rum because ist alcoholic, but Milk is a raw product and can get bad really fast  if exposed to bacteria or heat in a room

  3. Made this today with a splash of strong coffee instead of brandy and the reception was absolutely great. Also the consistency was pretty much perfect after 4 hours.
