OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE | EASY BREAKFAST IDEA – Hey guys! Today I am showing you how to make my overnight oats recipe! If you have not tried overnight oats, you must! They are a quick and healthy breakfast idea and not to mention they are such an easy breakfast recipe and great for meal prep…and so tasty! OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE:

1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or any milk you like)
2 Tsp Chia Seeds
1/4 – 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter (or any nut butter you like)
1-2 Tsp Pure Maple Syrup

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all of the ingredients into a mason jar or bowl. Mix really well until everything is combined and leave in the fridge to soak overnight. Add more milk in the morning if desired. You can heat them up or eat them cold! Then add your favourite toppings and enjoy!!
