Hello there! In this video I’m going to share with you our favorite overnight oats breakfast Recipe. This breakfast recipe is super healthy and time saver. It’s great for people who doesn’t have lot of time in the morning. And a great healthy breakfast for those who are trying to lose their weight in a delicious way.
As my husband Arman is not a breakfast person. I was looking for a healthy diet breakfast for him which will help him feel full for long time and also fulfill his nutrition need. And this breakfast is perfect solution for us, its also help us to lose some weight. And now he never say no to breakfast.
In this recipe I’m going to use all the ingredients which are easily available in our Bangladesh.
You need to know how to make the base then rest layers totally depend on you.
In a jar / bowl
🗝 Old fashioned oats / rolled oats = 1/3 cup
🗝 Plain yogurt = 1.5 TBSP
🗝 Chia seed / protein powder = 1/2 or 1 TBS
🗝 Milk of your choice ( I’m using dairy milk) = 1/2 cup
📌Mix them well and refrigerate for overnight.
Next morning before you eat add any fruits or nuts of your choice, for this recipe im going to add
🗝 Peanut butter = 1 TBSP
🗝 Banana medium = 1
🗝 Almond = 3/4 chopped
Combine all of the ingredients in a jar or bowl.
Add less milk or more milk based on how thick you prefer your oatmeal.
Enjoy it cold, straight from the fridge or heat it up for a healthy, hot breakfast!
We eat this breakfast frequently but sometimes we try some other flavor too like cashew nut , coconut flakes, apricot, chocolate powder, cinnamon powder.
