Roasted Brussels Sprouts

1lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Spread Brussels sprouts in an even layer on a baking sheet. Toss them with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 375°F until the become golden; approximately 25-35 minutes. Remove from oven and toss them with balsamic vinegar.

  1. Most Random Question Ever. I made brussel sprouts last night and didn’t cut them in have. The outside tastes yummy but not the inside. Any chance I can save the leftovers by cutting in half, heating in the oven and then drizzling the balsamic vinegar?

  2. Just another shrimp recipe and updating my recipe before 🙂

    / update / Cheese butter tomato honey sauce /

    2 cup of white milk water
    1 cup of butter
    5 spoon of wheat flour
    Half cup of cheese
    Cook it until it thick

    Take 6 spoon of it and mix it with:

    5 spoon of tomato sauces and 1 spoon of honey and little lime water.


    For the shrimp recipe

    You should try it, it’s really delicious and I will never get bored of
    the taste when anytime I want it.

    30 shrimp
    1 carrot
    3 Potato

    Cook it on the water for 30 minutes, add 1 of lime water to the water,
    add a little salt and sugar, after 30 minutes, slice the potato and cook
    it again with the carrot for about 3 minutes and for the shrimps cook
    it again with olive oil for about 3 minutes. Mix it with:

    Cheese butter tomato honey sauce.

    Served on a plate.

    For the drink, 2 glass of the water, add 1 of lime water to the water,
    add 2 spoon of sugar and add some ice cubes.

    For the fruit: 4 banana

    Shrimp, they provide key nutrients.
    Carrots are rich in vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, vitamin B8,
    pantothenic acid, folate, potassium, iron, copper, and manganese.
    Potatoes are very good source of vitamin B6 and a good source of
    potassium, copper, vitamin C, manganese, phosphorus, niacin, dietary
    fiber, and pantothenic acid. Potatoes also contain a variety of
    phytonutrients that have antioxidant activity.

  3. Need to try this version of brussels! I usually roast them in the oven with some chopped maple bacon
    Roasted veggies are soooo much better than overcooked boiled veggies given to me as a kid! So glad I learned how to cook for myself

  4. I eat Brussels spouts like twice a week 😂 I discovered trying them roasted about a year ago and SO yummy! The balsamic vinegar is new to me. Gonna have to try that!!!
