  1. This was completely amazing! I tried it at home two times and was a total success, super creamy and tasty.
    Since I didn’t have beef flavoured veggie broth, I mixed veggie broth with soy sauce, vegan lea & perrins sauce and sherry vinegar, and that did the trick.

  2. Has anyone else had the problem of when the pasta cools down a bit that it gets a little thick and sticky because of the cashew butter? Am I doing something wrong and is there any way to help with that?

  3. I just made this today and it turned out so, so good! It’s actually my second time making it- first time wasn’t as great cause I didn’t have enough vegetable broth or cashew butter lol. But it came out so flavorful this time and I love it!! Thank you for this recipe 🙌

    I tweaked it a lil (used portabellas instead and bowtie pasta. I also added in sweet peas (LAWD)! I’m new to plant based eating but enjoying the hell out of it. Love your channel…

  5. this stuff is so good! I just made it for a second time today and it’s delicious! I used kit-hill cream cheese instead of cashew butter because that’s what I had on hand, came out perfect!
