Ingredients/ Method

2 eggs- any kind of your choice
Tortilla Wrap
chopped onions, tomatoes and bell peppers
Salt per taste
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin powder
chopped cilantro and cheese of your choice
oil for cooking and some ketchup

Method: Crack the eggs in a bowl. whisk them. Add spices. Add veggies. Combine well. Heat Oil in a pan. Add in egg mixture. Cook one side then flip over. Add in cheese and cilantro and fold over. Place in a wrap. Add ketchup. Fold and Enjoy 🙂
