Oats Recipe For Weight Loss – Healthy Oatmeal Breakfast Recipe – Porridge by (HUMA IN THE KITCHEN)

Ingredients for Oatmeal:
¼ cup rolled oats
A pinch of salt
2 dash of cinnamon powder
1 tsp brown sugar or honey
2-3 strawberries
4-5 tbsp. hot milk
¼ cup water
1 banana, sliced, mashed
Microwave safe bowl
Procedure:
1.Combine oats, water and salt.
2.Microwave for 1-2 minutes.
3.Add less or more milk based on how thick or thin you prefer your oatmeal.
4.Sprinkle cinnamon powder and brown sugar or honey.
5.Top with your favorite fruits like banana and berries.
