No Cook Oats-Fruits-Yogurt || Healthy Soak Oatmeal Breakfast – best for diet |Ep:253

Fruits –
Nuts and dry fruits –


Make fresh smoothie or juice ..
To that add yogurt and mix well ..
In that mix add oats and mix well..
Now close tightly and keep in the fridge for15 minutes ..
(U can keep in the room temparture too )
Then aftr 15 minutes pour this oats mix to a serving bowl ..
Then add cut fruits ,nuts and dry fruits and serve immediatley ..
U can add honey,dates syrup or sugar if u want ..
So tasty healthy breakfast is ready ..

  2. Hey Veena, I am a great fan of your recipes so just thought to share my genuine feedback. I did try this recipe with greek yogurt and red apple plus some raisins and badams. Don’t know what went wrong but it was not at all good. The yogurt was not too sour and was fresh, but with fruit juice mix, not sure it came out a very bad taste..Totally disappointed πŸ™
