Nuts and dry fruits –
Make fresh smoothie or juice ..
To that add yogurt and mix well ..
In that mix add oats and mix well..
Now close tightly and keep in the fridge for15 minutes ..
(U can keep in the room temparture too )
Then aftr 15 minutes pour this oats mix to a serving bowl ..
Then add cut fruits ,nuts and dry fruits and serve immediatley ..
U can add honey,dates syrup or sugar if u want ..
So tasty healthy breakfast is ready ..
