  2. Anja, could you please address how you lost so much weight and how you preserved your skin, you don’t seem to have any loose skin and you don’t look older than pre-weight loss like some people do. You look amazing, that wonderful glow.

  3. I have some mashed potatoes in the fridge that I was going to take with me for lunch tomorrow, and was just thinking about what sauce to pack with my potatoes. This will be perfect! I don’t have miso paste on hand, so my plan is to add a little bit oh tahini (because why not) and use veggie broth instead of water for extra flavor to make up for the lack of miso
