INGREDIENTS (MAKES 24 – 30)
1) 1 cup Mixed Nuts
2) 1 cup Pitted Dates
3) ½ cup Cranberries
4) 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
5) ¼ cup Nut Butter
6) 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
7) 1/3 Shredded Coconut

STEPS:
1) Put the nuts in a container, cover with water, soak overnight and rinse it with clean water before blending.
2) Place mixed nuts, dates, cranberries, cocoa powder, nut butter and coconut oil in a blender. Blend until smooth.
3) Shape them into bite size balls and coat with shredded coconut.
Chill in the refrigerator for about one and a half hour until firm.
