Today we going to learn how to cook Namkeen Seviyaan. This is a best breakfast recipe made easily with few ingredients which we you can easily get at your home.
time:20 minutes
Meal: breakfast
1. Oil-3 tbsp
2.Garlic cloves-3-4
3. Mustard seeds
4. Curry leaves few
5. Chilli-3
6. Salt-2 tbsp
7. Turmeric powder-1 tbsp
8. coriander powder-1 tbsp
9. chilli powder(optional)-1 tbsp
10. Ground nut- 1 cup
11. Boiled water-4 cup
12. Tamato ketchup-3 tbsp

Heat a kadai
add oil and mustard seeds
add garlic cloves and then curry leaves
add chilli flakes and then ground nut
let it get fry completely then add Seviyaan
stir continuously for 5 minutes onlow flame
add boiled water
and then mix
leave it for 2 minutes and then add tamato ketchup
Ready to serve with tea
