I’ve been a vegan for almost 9 years but truly a Whole Foods, alkaline vegan, following the Dr. Sebi nutritional guide for almost 1 year. This is a review of 2 recipes for desserts I tried and what I ate for Thanksgiving.
Apple Pie – Ty’s Conscious Kitchen’s recipe. I used McIntosh apples. Very good and tastes best eaten warm.
Key Lime Pie – looks like a cheesecake but definitely tastes like pie. Ingredients are very healthy. Flavor is good but I needed more lime. Crust was very good. Tastes best thawed a bit.
