MELT IN THE MIDDLE CHOCOLATE PUDDING | @avantgardevegan #GazsVeganChristmas

#GazsVeganChristmas –
Please pre order my book Vegan 100 on amazon now!

Hey Guys, Welcome back to my channel!! This is the 4th episode in season 5 & it’s another special Christmas video. Please can you all use the hashtag #GazsVeganChristmas if you share the videos or recreate the dishes.

I decided to give you an exclusive recipe from my yup coming debut cookbook #Vegan100 which is out in just a few weeks!! Melt in the middle chocolate puddings…another SEXY one! They actually make the perfect Christmas pudding. I’m a bigger fan of chocolate pudding than a traditntal pudding so if you’re like me, you will love these!! Called Chocolate Fondants in my book these puddings are irresistible and very simple to make. You can make the cake mix using a gluten free self raising blend if you are gluten sensitive.

I hope everyone has a great time over the holiday period & if you try my recipes please tag me on Instagram @avantgardevegan. Thanks for supporting me over the last year. Gaz

  1. Ok, I got a problem, the book is not out where I live and I have less than 5 days to figure this stuff out… I have no clue how to cook with imperial units. It seems I get a different amount for every link I click. I get everything from 125 grams to 190 grams for one cup of chocolate… 200 grams or 260 grams of sugar…. etc… which ones the right amount? Can someone help me out please? I need all of this in metric units, except for the teaspoons and tablespoons.

I have the ingredients written down:

    1 cup vegan milk
1/2 cup vegan margarine / coconut oil
4 tbs egg replacement (1 tbs Chia seeds + 3 tbs water)
    1 tbs apple cider vinegar
    2 tsp vanilla bean paste

    2 cups plain flour
    3 tbs cacao powder
    1 cup unrefined castor sugar
    3 tsp baking powder

    1 1/2 cups chocolate
    1 cup vegan milk

  2. This looks so good. I’m definitely making this for Valentine’s Day. You should make a whole Valentine’s Day table set up, like an appetizer and entree. For newbs like me lol

  3. My favorite thing about Gaz is how excited he gets about his own food. He always looks so surprised and impressed with himself when he takes the first bite of something.

  4. U should make a app for IOS and android, for sure I’ll buy it and it’s much better then any book , because u can update it with new videos. Hope to hear from u soon
