☼ Breakfast ☼
Day one: 2 boiled eggs, 1/2 grapefruit, 2 turkey breast.
Day two: REPEAT
Day three: Protein power crunch bar & Green smoothie.

☆LUNCH☆
Day one: Mini quesadillas (whole wheat tortilla, tomato sauce, 2 small mozzarella cheese sliced in 1/2, and sautéed chicken, toast/ bake at 350F for 10 minutes.),
sliced cucumbers and sweet bell peppers.
Day two: REPEAT
Day three: REPEAT

☾DINNER☾
Day one: Pan fried flounder (dipped in egg & tossed in flour) Couscous (1/3 cup), baby spinach and sliced carrots.
Day two: REPEAT.
Day three: REPEAT.
