    Banana 1- 25 carbs
    Peanut 15g -2.5 carbs
    Raisins1/4- 13 carbs
    Whey protein 1 sp- 3 carb
    Total – 97.5 carbs
    But PDF me only 60 carbs hi hai.
    Guru sir hum ek bar me itna carbs le sakte hai.
