  1. When you cooked the matzoh balls in the soup, did they expand or not? Also, have you ever tried them with both potato starch and baking powder, so that they would expand more?

  2. Jew approved!  I’ve been sick and wanted chicken matzo ball soup so badly. Today I found mock chicken broth in Sprouts. Now I can make the balls. Yay!

  3. I always use chia egg, which is 1 tsp ground chia soaked in three TB of water until it gels. I will try this your recipe with potato starch. Thanks.
