Ingredients for Egg Masala Toast:
Spices – ½ tbsp each of ginger and garlic paste, 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves, ½ tsp each of black pepper powder, red chilli powder and cumin/jeera seeds, 1 tsp garam masala powder and salt to taste;
Eggs – 3 no.;
Milk – ½ cup;
Bread – 6 slices;
Oil/Butter/Ghee(clarified butter) for toasting
