This is the episode 7 from Season Three, The easiest vegan cake ever!! This Mandarin Upside Down cake is literally delightful. So tasty. The cake is really moist & the mandarins caramelise incredibly on top. Really recommend making this cake. You can also top the cake with Pineapple, Banana & Blood Oranges, these also work really well. If you want to keep it gluten free I recommend making it using gluten free self raising flour. This cake should serve 8-10 people.
