INGREDIENTS for 4-5 balls:
– 14 oz rice 400g
– 28 oz water, to cook the rice 400g
– 4’5oz fresh mozzarella cheese 125g
– The filling that we want (bolognese, spinach, ham and cheese….)
– flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs

Wet palms of hands and sprinkle with salt.
Place about 1/2 cup rice into palm. Roll into ball.
Add 1 teaspoon of filling in center. Cover with rice and roll.
Wrap in nori sheet. Continue with the remainder of the ingredients. Enjoy!
