  1. Oh yeah I’ll eat what this street vendor is cooking! It’s surroundings clean,No garbage and no flies buzzing around, All Metal construction kitchen and minimum use of his hands + he has utensils to move and fry those eggs! PLUS this street food vendor is cooking with HIGH HEAT so food contamination is low to non-existing. This is how you cook fresh and well cooked food! Most of the other Indian street vendors that I see here are GROSS and Disgusting!

  2. What happened to the great Indian kitchen skills? When the oil in the pan catches fire and starts burning – very poisonous substances are created. This is very stupid. Here – like in all Indian instant noodles videos – all mistakes about instant noodles are made. Only add boiling water, cover it and wait for 3 minutes – don’t boil it for minutes! It’s only a waste of energy. May be Indians love it when everything is just pumped up to a swollen mud in the end. It’s hard to understand for an “all dente” noodle lover.
