Ingredients:

Egg White 2
Tomato 1 tsp (Chopped)
Capsicum 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Onion 1 tbsp
Green Chili 1 (Chopped)
Black Salt 1 Pinch
Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
Olive Oil Some Drops

Direction/Method:

Take a bowl and add egg white and add Black Pepper Powder, Black Salt, Green Chili, Green Onion, Capsicum, Tomato and Whisk it well and take a pan and add Some Drops Olive Oil and spread it and fry on pan. Your Low fat Vegetable Omelet is ready. Serve it with 2 Slice Brown Bread and with sugar free tea.
