Low Fat Pasta Alfredo with Shrimp and Spinach, Easy and delicious recipe


Today’s recipe is a delicious Pasta Alfredo with Shrimp and Spinach, this version is quick and easy and it’s also low fat, so if you are watching what you eat, this recipe is good for your diet. I hope you give it a try!

Ingredients:
300 G Spaghetti (use whole wheat pasta, for a healthier version)
1 lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined
3 C. Baby Spinach
1 chopped onion
2-3 minced Garlic cloves
¼ C chopped Parsley
1 – 1 ½ C Low fat or Skim Milk
4 oz Low Fat Cream Cheese
½ C Grated Parmesan cheese
Black Pepper to taste
Crushed Red Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
A pinch of Nutmeg
1 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Butter
