  1. I finally got round to watching this – looks delicious! I agree a sunny side up egg would be great on it….I was thinking a poached egg, with all its runny goodness would be so so good on top! You know what would be really naughty and amazing (but less low-carb)….a herbed breadcrumb mixture on top, drizzled in olive oil and crispy from the oven, then a poached egg all oozy over the top *Homer Simpson drool moan* Haha! I think I have to try this – thanks for making the vid! 😀

  5. Looks good!! I’m very low carb. I’ll try it! If you have any time please look up Vinnie Tortorich NSNG (no sugars no grains) he has a website, podcast, and he is on Adam Carolla’s podcast all the time. He’s basically a trainer to the stars & lots of fitness obsessed Beverly Hills housewife types. His approach is no sugars, no grains,… Basically Paleo. (No I don’t work for him!)

  6. Hi Heather. If your pan was manufactured by Lodge you can get a lid for it. Go to the lodge website and look for the diagram which tells you how to measure your pan. Then you can purchase the lid from them or Amazon. I have my lid on my wish list. They cost almost as much as the pan. And this recipe is the bomb.

  8. OMG! Mrs Heather that looks sooooooo AWESOME! I would add some sour dough toast with butter and lemon curd. Large mug of some hot tea. I would be oh so happy! I had never thought of putting eggs in like that. Thanks for the idea.
