  2. Just tried this recipe. Excellent! Did some discerning label reading got mine down to about 11 carbs per serving (x4). Great flavor. And that tip about drying the cauliflower helped the texture a lot. Thank you. New subscriber for sure.

  3. So, I cooked this last week. It was SPICY but YUMMY!!!!! Instead of putting the heads of cauliflower in a chopper, I had the frozen bags. I was a bit worried that it was going to make my dish “soupy.” But I squeezed what I could of the water. Nevertheless, it turned out great!

  4. I just made it and it was delicious !!!!! i didn”t add shrimp except that i follow the recipe step by step.. / First time i use cauliflower and it replace perfectly the rice and add an extra crunch !! Wonderful recipe !

  5. Very nice recipe! For those wanting lower carbs, drop the tomato paste and tomato sauce and add a teaspoon of Kitchen Bouquet (a browning sauce) to make brown jambalaya instead of red. The cherry tomatoes themselves don’t add much so you can leave them if you like. On myfitnesspal.com I get 6 grams of net carbs just by taking those two out alone.
