I used to watch many of videos and thought let me give it a try. It was very difficult at first.. But later I could visibly see the difference.. Turmeric tea Ginger tea and meals.. With exercise has made tremendous change.. Within 3 weeks I lost 3 kg.. I was so shocked.. And I couldn’t believe.. So I checked my weight in another machine. But it was true..
