Kadhi Pakoda is a Classic Indian Sour Curry made of Besan (Chickpea Flour) and Curd .Its a soft fried Besan pakoda cooked in dahi based curry, with Red Chilies, Mustard Seeds and Kadi Patta Tadka. Its simple but packed full of flavors. Serve it hot with Zeera Rice or Parantha. Enjoy!

Water 4 Cup
Lal Mirch (Red Pepper) Powder 1/4 TBSP
Haldi (Turmeric) Powder 1/4 TBSP
Dhania (Coriander) Powder 1/4 TBSP
Oil 1 TBSP

For Pakoda
Potato 1
Onion 1
Besan (Chickpea Flour) 1 Cup
Salt to Taste
Hari Mirch (Green Chilies) 4-5
Hara Dhania (Coriander Leaves) 1/4 Cup
Eno 1/2 TBSP
Water for Batter

For Tempering
Oil 3 TBSP
Zeera (Cumin Seeds) 1 TBSP
Hing (Asafoetida) 2 Pinch
Sukhi Lal Mirch (Dried Red Chilies) 3
Kadi Patta (Curry Leaves) 2 TBSP
Surson (Mustard Seeds) 1 TBSP
Lal Mirch (Red Pepper) Powder 1/2 TBSP
Haldi (Turmeric) Powder 1/2 TBSP
