Stir Fried Vegetables with Italian Twist is not only delicious but also very healthy.
It is a complete blend of proteins, fibres and green veggies without compromising taste.

Ingredients:
French Beans 1 cup blanched
Carrots 1 cup blanched
Broccoli 1 cup Blanched
Mushrooms 1 cup
Baby corns 1/2 cup
Corns 1/2 cup boiled
Salt
Black pepper powder 1/2tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp

Method:
1.Heat the oil in a pan , then add french beans, carrots , saute them for 2-3 mins.
2.Then add broccoli ,mushrooms and baby corns and saute them for another 1-2 mins.
3.Add corns ans mix them well.
4. Add salt,black pepper powder, oregano and red chilli flakes
5.Toss them, then switch off the flame.
6.Stir Fried Vegetables are ready .
