In this video I’m going to share with you Instant oats breakfast Recipe.
This breakfast recipe is super healthy and time saver. It’s great for people who doesn’t have lot of time in the morning. And a great healthy breakfast for those who are trying to lose their weight in a delicious way.
In this recipe I’m going to use all the ingredients which are easily available in our Bangladesh.
You need to know how to make the base then rest layers totally depend on you.
In a jar / bowl
🗝 Instant oats = 1/2 cup
🗝 Plain yogurt = 1 TBSP
🗝 Chia seed / protein powder = 1 tsp
🗝 Hot Milk of your choice ( I’m using dairy milk) = 1/2 cup
🗝 Chunky Peanut butter = 1 Tsp
🗝 Chocolate powder = 1 TSP
🗝 Chopped Apricot And Chopped Banana
Combine all of the ingredients in a jar or bowl.
Add less milk or more milk based on how thick you prefer your oatmeal.
You can heat it up for a healthy, hot breakfast.
