Jowar / Sorghum, a gluten-free whole grain, is considered an excellent alternative for people who suffer from ‘gluten intolerance’ and it is rich in nutrients as well. It is highly recommended for people with diabetes. So today I came up with Instant Jowar dosa, a perfect breakfast recipe. This is very simple, easy to make and tasty too. This dosa does not require fermentation unlike other traditional dosas and can be prepared in 10 min. Dosa making technique is similar to Instant Rava dosa or neer dosa.Jowar Dosa tastes good when served with Onion tomato chutney. Do try it and let us know your feedback.
