Ingredients:-
2cup – wheat flour
2-3tbs – oats (optional)
1/4ts – ajwain
1/4ts – jeera (cumin seed)
1/2ts – red chili powder
1/4ts – black paper powder
1/2-1ts – garam masala powder
1/2ts – roasted cumin powder
2-3tbs – chopped green bell paper
1/2cup – louki / dhoodhi
1/2cup – chopped onion
1small size – potato
2no – green chillies
Salt as per taste
Fresh green coriander
Oil/ghee for shallow frying
