How To Veganize (Almost!) Anything + Vegan Stuffing Recipe

In this video, we discuss a few ways to make any recipe vegan. We also share a vegan stuffing recipe that we love and make every holiday season.

How to Veganize (Almost!) Anything Infographic:


-1 Loaf French bread, broken into bite-sized pieces and left out overnight to dry out
-4 Cups vegetable stock
-1 Onion, chopped
-1 Carrot, chopped
-1 Apple, chopped
-4 Stalks celery, chopped
-1 Cup dried cranberries
-2 TBSP dairy-free margarine
-1 tsp dried thyme
-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
-1 TBSP dried sage

Preheat the oven to 400 degreed F. Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat. When the skillet is hot, melt the vegan margarine in the skillet. Sauté the onion and celery for 4-5 minutes, or until onions brown. Add the apples and saute for 2 more minutes. Add the carrot, cranberries, and spices and mix together so the spices heat up and begin to smell fragrant. Mix your veggie mixture with the bread pieces. Transfer the bread and veggie mixture to a lightly greased 9×13 baking dish. Pour the veggie broth onto the bread and veggie mixture and stir to combine. Bake, uncovered, for about an hour, stirring twice for best results. Your stuffing is finished when the top is a little bit crunchy and the inside is no longer soggy.
